 Return & Refund Policy

Return and Refund Policy

 

At Top Notch Thangz, we take pride in curating premium mystery boxes filled with high-quality, luxury items. Due to the unique nature of our products, we have a specific return and refund policy to ensure fairness, transparency, and continued customer satisfaction.

All Sales Are Final

Because each box is a curated mystery experience, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds based on personal preference, dislike of an item, or buyer’s remorse.

Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to be thrilled with your experience. If an item arrives damaged or is defective, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue. To be eligible for a replacement or partial refund:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your box.
     
  2. Email support@topnotchthangz.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos showing the damage or defect.
     
  3. We will review your claim and respond within 5 business days.
     

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement item (if available),
     
  • A partial refund for the damaged item, or
     
  • A store credit toward a future purchase.
     

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure. If issues arise, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Cancellations

Because of the rapid fulfillment process, orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase
