By purchasing from Top Notch Thangz, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all purchases made through our website, Etsy store, social media links, or in-person sales.

Each Top Notch product — including luxury mystery boxes, digital downloads, and journals — is designed and curated with care. Because of the personalized and mystery nature of our products, certain policies and restrictions apply as outlined below.

All items are hand-selected and packaged by the Top Notch Thangz team.
Product contents, colors, and styles may vary slightly based on availability, season, and creative design.

We strive for accuracy in our descriptions and images, but each mystery box experience is unique — substitutions of equal or greater value may occur.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and approved payment platforms (Afterpay, Klarna, or Shop Pay where available).
All payments must be received in full before orders are processed or shipped.

Prices are listed in USD and subject to change at any time without notice. Promotional discounts and coupon codes are valid only during active campaigns.

All orders are processed within 5–10 business days unless otherwise stated.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Top Notch Thangz is not responsible for:

Delays caused by shipping carriers or weather
Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

Because our boxes and digital items are custom, curated, and/or mystery-based, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If this occurs, please contact us at hello@topnotchthangz.com within 3 business days of delivery with:

Your order number
A photo of the damaged item(s)

We’ll review your claim and provide a resolution (replacement or store credit) at our discretion.

All digital downloads, journals, and workbooks are for personal use only.
You may not resell, share, or redistribute digital files created by Top Notch Thangz.
Violation of these terms may result in legal action.

Custom boxes or pre-orders require full payment upfront. Estimated delivery dates are provided but may vary slightly depending on supplier timelines or product availability.

We will always communicate with you regarding updates, shipping, or changes to custom orders.

Return and Refund Policy

At Top Notch Thangz, we take pride in curating premium mystery boxes filled with high-quality, luxury items. Due to the unique nature of our products, we have a specific return and refund policy to ensure fairness, transparency, and continued customer satisfaction.

All Sales Are Final

Because each box is a curated mystery experience, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds based on personal preference, dislike of an item, or buyer’s remorse.

Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to be thrilled with your experience. If an item arrives damaged or is defective, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue. To be eligible for a replacement or partial refund:

Contact us within 3 days of receiving your box.
Email support@topnotchthangz.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos showing the damage or defect.
We will review your claim and respond within 5 business days.

If approved, we will offer:

A replacement item (if available),
A partial refund for the damaged item, or
A store credit toward a future purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure. If issues arise, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
